Pregnant and Parenting 学生 Policy

第九条 prohibits discrimination against a student on the basis of pregnancy, 分娩, 假怀孕, termination of pregnancy, or recovery from any of these conditions.

学生 who are pregnant or parenting may not be excluded from any educational program or activity because they are pregnant or parenting.
